Pull up underwear not the brand I thought I was ordering. I thought I was getting Tena brand, but it's a brand I've never heard of. I am disappointed in the quality. The other item the 3 in 1 protective cream has not arrived. I had to call to see when it would be delivered. The only reason I ordered from your website was because I was unable to access the website of the company that I normally order from. I have no problem with their customer service personell, they are very helpful with my questions and were very nice.

The worst online/phone ordering experience ever!
Traveling with family and needed a booster seat- I figured ordering a month in advance should be enough time.
First they take the order verbally and then call me a week later to tell me it is out of stock. Then they call me a few days later to ask for more money.
Finally after a few phone calls they apologized & even matched a competitor (another few dollars-no big deal). Said they would ship same day.
I follow up a week later-no ship yet. A few days later--shipped to the wrong location---21 miles away---which I am now going to drive to--since they are unable to pick-up & deliver to me on time for my trip!
This has also taken over 2 hours of phone time and a month!---- They said they would call me back-which they never did! Only to ask for more money.
They also out me on hold forever to verify numerous times that the product was being shipped-which finally shipped three and a half weeks later.

All parts of my shopping experience were very good except one; The support Socks shown in the ad appeared to be three (3)pairs, 1 black, 1 brown and 1 white. However the ad apparently was referring to only one (1) pair.

AllegroMedical.com e-mail acknowleging order stated: "We try our best to let you know as soon as possible if products will be delayed or if there are any problems." Heard nothing from them from the time of the original order (12/18/2011) till the time I contacted them due to non-delivery in early January 2012. The agent explained to me that my order had been cancelled due to the part number changing - a cancellation I was NOT notified of. The agend did make good on the mistake by having a new ordered issued with the correct part number, and expedited delivery at no additional charge.

I have used this site continually for two years and it is excellent. Occasionally their suppliers do not fulfill the order, but that has always been only for peripheral items such as gifts and not primary items such as pull-ups or medical supplies.
