Very deceiving and dissapointing. I ordered a briefcase for my husband to use on a job interview. He was not going to use this briefcase frequently, so price was important. The price on their website was great - obviously too great - They cancelled my order due to a website pricing error. I was not notified of the order cancellation until I inquired about shipping on the date I was supposed to receive the briefcase.  They said that they had sent me an email - which was never received. I had to quickly order a different more expensive briefcase and pay expedited shipping from another retailer in order to get it on time.

Business Supply answered my phone call by the second ring, looked up the item I was interested in, told me that 4 of these items were in stock in Miami, and that it would be delivered to my West Palm address in 1 business day by UPS. So I ordered the item (a desk pad/blotter) and it indeed was at my doorstep the following day. My experience with Business Supply was perfect, could not have been better. Far superior to other merchants I had been contacting for the blotter (including Amazon, which I found to be a dismal failure in many ways). I highly recommend Business Supply to everyone.

Business-Supply.com was listed as a supplier on Google for Cross fountain pen refills. The Google listing said free shipping (important for a low cost item) whereas, when you get to the site, shipping is charged, more than doubling the cost of the item. This is misleading. The problem could be with Google but, as other vendors listed shipping charges, it rather looks as if Business-Supply is being economical with the truth. Did not buy.

The online shopping experience was amazing. They had a large selection available--even more than any local office supply store that i visited. To my amazement, they even had a odd color of pen ink refill that i was searching for--Violet. Who carries Violet pen ink refills?? I thought for sure nobody would have them, but sure enough Business-Supply did-and they were on sale! I was placing the order on line, but couldn't get the order to go through. So, I called customer service and they were extremely helpful. I went thru Staples, Office Max and Office Depot but I couldn't find what I needed. Finally, I found them on-line at Business-Supply.com. My order was only $4.38 and no shipping fee. I was shocked.
My order was sumitted on Wednesday night and the items were right at my front door Friday morning. Quick delivery.

I tried to order a Panasonic DVD player from this company, which advertised on shopping.com that it is in stock. I never got a shipping confirmation, but instead several days later I got a phone call to double check my order. Several days after that I got an e-mail saying the item is now out-of-stock and they cancelled my order. But online their ad still says it's in-stock! This "trusted" company can be trusted to do nothing except waste your time and cause you aggravation.
