 I would shop here again

Very disappointed. We placed order July 29, thinking the contacts surely would arrive by Aug 12 when my daughter goes back to school. Today is Aug 7 and still no lenses. When I called to question they informed me they had trouble locating the prescription via the MD office. We had provided the correct office number.  The customer service rep proceeded to argue with me and contradicted everything I was saying to her.  When I asked twice for her to speak with a supervisor to get permission to waive the overnight fee she refused, stating that "they would tell you the same thing I'm telling you."  Very unprofessional, I informed her that because of her actions today I was very disappointed with their company and we would not be ordering from them again.  Very very bad customer service.

Delivery Speed: Ordered late on a Thursday for overnight shipping because my last pair ripped and they came the next Tuesday afternoon. They could have gotten there a day earlier.
Order Accuracy: Very good. I need Focus Toric lenses, so they have a few more attributes than regular contacts and they processed my order correctly.
Customer Service: Never really talked to anyone, but they confirmed my prescription with my eye dr. as required by law, so thats always a plus.
Price: Excellent. I got my Focus Toric lenses for half the price that my eye dr wanted and for a few bucks less than 1800contacts.
Overall Satisfaction: Other than me thinking they should have been a day earlier since I paid $15 to have them overnighted, I was very satisfied and would definitely order from Lensmart again.
