After I received a confirmation order from Sears (Unbeatable Sales) Even though the confirmation email said I should recieve it between Jan. 13 to Jan. 17 it took ten days before it was even shipped from the factory (or at least that's what I learned after calling the company asking about my order) It took ten days before the order was even shipped from the factory. They provided me with a tracking order number but the web site has no place where you can track the order and the order status does not work. It sucks!

We ordered a crockpot through this site.  It's difficult to find a large crockpot to help serve a large family, especially 10 are teen boys.  I was very satisfied with the expediency of shipment.  The order was exactly as advertised.  We've used it several times experimenting with meats, casseroles and veggie dishes.  They all turned out quite tasty.  It's easy to use, even my son-in-law's 11 year old daughter made a wonderful chicken chili.  Easy to use, clean and store away.  I would order from them without hesitation in the future.  This site offers some great deals throughout the year.

My experience with Unbeatable Sales was less than satisfactory.
They seem to do anything they can to get out of refunding a bad product.
Amazon acts as if they will back the consumer up when purchasing from a retailer they advertise but beware! This is NOT the case.

This site is a total rip-off. I ordered an archway and gate with the description and picture and price on the site. When it arrived it was only the gate. They then said they posted it incorrectly on the website and would not honor the price. I could pay more than double MORE for the archway or return the item. I returned the item and two months later I still have not received my money. Their customer service is completely useless. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! When I call the company I am looped around for about 20 minutes and then Always sent to a voice mail and they have never called me back.

I found an item at Unbeatable Sale, Inc's on-line store that was simply impossible to find anywhere else.  My dog seems to love a dog chair/bed that is discontinued on all other on-line stores.  I was shopping around to replace the item that had ripped and needed a quick and reasonable replacement.  Unbeatable sales not only had the item in stock, but at a great price.  Additionally, when placing the order I did not specify which color I would prefer.  Unbeatable sales actually emailed me a day later to ask??? That is awesome customer service.  The item was delivered in a quick manner and I would absolutely order from them again.

This product was a re-order.  Recipient had used the paper previously and ran out.  Item was advertised with six pads in a pack.  Recipient said there were only four. Customer service said it was an error on the site and offered a refund which was appreciated. Disappointed there were only four pads but service was very satisfactory! Recipient likes the paper quality!

I purchased an item on 11/15/2011 at that time they said shipping would be 3 to 8 days.  Needing the item by the 24th I thought I had plenty of time.  When I hadn't received even tracking info by the 22nd I called.  At which time I was informed that they take 3 to 8 Business days to process then ship items, and my item was due to ship on the 23rd.  When I complained and asked for it to be overnighted they said no, but offered me 10% off a future purchase, which also came with a disclaimer that it couldn't be combined with other offerss or discounts.  As of the 28th I am still waiting for arrival.  This is not a company I will do any future business with.  Beware.

Found you easily on the internet. The hat was not exactly what I wanted----I wanted a "TOTALLY WHITE" hat. The hat is white only around the brim and top. I would not have bought the hat if I knew the crown of the hat was mesh and brown in color. Your website should have detailed pictures of the hats! I wanted "ALL WHITE HAT" without the mesh crown! I wanted all white white a perverated crown!
