There was a 10% discount marked on both emails sent to me and on the page that I filled in my order. The offer was valid but was not accepted by either the page or by a note sent in with the order. The note I sent was embedded in the order form and was on the bottom of my order form. If I saw it the person receiving it had to have seen it. The person processing the order had to have seen it. I am very pleased with THD prices. I am dismayed that they fail to notify customers when an order is delayed due to lack of inventory, and has been in a back-order queue for any length of time. I have waited, without notification, for a week to 10 days after my order should have been here, without notification. I am pleased with all products I have ordered from them. have been using this business for supplements and other persoanl care items for years. wide selection of good products. i wish it were easier to find items in the website -- often frustrating, but worth the effort. Placed order Jan. 29th, still nothing a week later but an email telling me order was shipped minus one item on back order. Why can't they tell you out of stock when ordering so I could pick something else. These are items I need for health reason. Very annoying. PS. I had to call to confirm my order, did not receive an email confirmation.
